  • What's your cancellation policy?
    Please note that your card on file will be charged 3-5 days prior to your sail date. Cancellations must be requested up to 48 hours of your sail date to receive 50% of your booking fee. If your booking is canceled on the same day, or if you are a no show for your rental you will be responsible for the total booking amount.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes, a 50% deposit is required to book; however you can also pay for your rental in full at the time of booking. Please note that after you have successfully made your partial payment your debit/credit card information will remain on file. Please note that your card on file will be charged 3-5 days prior to your sail date.
  • Are prices the same for holidays?
    Our pricing increases on all major holidays for all our units.
  • Does my booking start at the time I book, or at the time I leave the dock?"
    Your booking start time begins at the time you selected. We strongly suggest that your party arrives 30-45 minutes early prior to your booking time. This time will be spent going over boat safety, and to ensure that all passengers have waivers! We want you to get the full Luxe experience, so again we strongly suggest arriving early!
  • What if I don't return the et skis back in time?
    There will be a $50 fee assessed to your card for every 15 minutes the Jet Skis are utilized over the alloted time.
  • What happens if there is inclement weather?
    If there is inclement weather on your sail date your booking can be rescheduled for an available date and time. No refunds will be given for inclement weather.
  • What if I damage a boat or jet ski?
    If damages occur to the boat &/or any accessories, you agree to allow us to charge the card on file for the cost of the damages. Renting a boat with our company constitutes an agreement with this policy.
